Alfredo Rodriguez joined BCRH as an Associate in October 2024 and practices out of the firm’s Boca Raton office. Prior to joining BCRH, Alfredo worked as a contract attorney in the securities and commercial litigation field, where he developed his regulatory knowledge and litigation experience. Alfredo graduated with honors from Florida International University College of Law in 2024. During law school, Alfredo was a member of the Moot Court team that won 1st place in the CKP 11th Circuit Bankruptcy Competition. Additionally, he was part of the Moot Court team that won the best brief award and second place overall in the 32nd Annual Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Competition. While attending law school, Alfredo interned in the SEC’s Office of Credit Ratings. There, Alfredo was able to learn the regulatory challenges faced by SEC staff attorneys while also learning about the regulatory framework governing credit rating agencies. Before law school, Alfredo graduated magna cum laude from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance in 2021. Alfredo is currently admitted to practice law in Florida.
